Prescriptions are picked up at the pharmacy counter at 977 S Santa Fe Ave Ste 9 in Vista, or delivered anywhere in California. Call us to arrange delivery.

Someone picking up for you
Another person may collect a prescription on a patient's behalf. Identification may be required, and some medications carry additional legal requirements at pickup.
No online request
This website has no delivery request, prescription intake, address submission, account, cart, checkout, or payment form. Do not submit health, address, or payment information here.
Delivery within California
Santa Fe Family Pharmacy delivers throughout the State of California. Call (760) 536-3571 to arrange delivery for a prescription. We do not deliver outside California.
Arranging a delivery
Delivery is set up by phone so a pharmacy team member can confirm the patient, the delivery address, and the recipient before anything leaves the pharmacy.
What can be delivered
Whether a particular medication can be delivered depends on the prescription, pharmacist review, and the law that applies to it. Some medications require in-person pickup.
If something goes wrong
If a delivery is late, missing, damaged, or appears incorrect, call the pharmacy before using the medication. See Returns & Cancellations.
Pharmacist consultation on delivered prescriptions
California law requires that a prescription delivered outside the pharmacy arrive with a written notice telling the patient that a pharmacist is available to consult, along with the pharmacist's telephone number and the hours a pharmacist can be reached. Every delivery from Santa Fe Family Pharmacy includes that notice.
You can always talk to a pharmacist. Call
(760) 536-3571 about any delivered
prescription. A pharmacist is available Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. Consultation is free, and you do not need to come in to
get it.
