Ask the prescriber to send the prescription directly to the pharmacy through an accepted professional channel. Prescribers may call the pharmacy at (760) 536-3571 or use the pharmacy fax at (760) 536-3561 when fax transmission is lawful and appropriate.
A patient may call the pharmacy to ask whether an existing prescription is eligible for transfer. Transfer eligibility depends on the prescription, remaining authorization, pharmacy records, and applicable law.
