Santa Fe Family Pharmacy is a community pharmacy on South Santa Fe Avenue in Vista, licensed by the California State Board of Pharmacy. We fill prescriptions, handle refills and transfers, and put a pharmacist on the phone when you have a question about your medication.

Everyday pharmacy care
Refills
Call the pharmacy with your prescription number to request a refill. If no refills remain, we contact your prescriber's office for authorization.
Prescription transfers
Moving from another pharmacy? Call with the name and phone number of your current pharmacy and we request the transfer for you.
Pharmacist consultation
Ask a pharmacist about dosing, side effects, storage, or how a new medication fits with what you already take. Consultation is free.
Over-the-counter guidance
Not every question needs a prescription. A pharmacist can help you choose a non-prescription option and check it against your current medications.

Cannot get to Vista? We deliver throughout California. Call to arrange it, and see our pickup & delivery policy.
Talk to a person
Call 760-536-3571 and you reach the pharmacy counter. Prescribers and other pharmacies can fax records to 760-536-3561.

New to the pharmacy? Call before you come in and we will have your prescription ready and let you know what you will owe.
- 1. Send the prescription Ask your prescriber to send it to Santa Fe Family Pharmacy in Vista, or bring a paper prescription to the counter.
- 2. Call to confirm Reach us at 760-536-3571 to confirm we received it, check availability, and ask about payment.
- 3. Pick it up Collect your prescription at the counter and speak with the pharmacist about anything you want to go over.
